Who We Are
One firm, on one side of the table.
Most property managers don't know the regulation. Most real estate attorneys have never collected a rent, cut a renewal lease, or argued a violation. We do both, and the two halves make each other better.
We are owners ourselves. The Krumholz Group operates rent-stabilized multifamily property in New York City. Everything we tell a client is something we've had to get right in our own buildings first.
